Subscriptions Refunds
If you had an active subscription to The Scientist, The Harvard Business Review, Barron’s Magazine or Reason Magazine, your subscription was cancelled on 02/28/2014 and a pro-rated refund was provided to the credit card that was used for your purchase. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your credit card issuing bank to post the funds to your account.

E-wallet Refunds
Some Newsstand customers utilized the Newsstand e-wallet service for purchases. This service was typically used to facilitate the purchase of single copies of magazines where the purchase price of the magazine was less than our minimum $3.50 credit card transaction. For the few customers who utilized this service, e-wallet refunds will be processed, minus any accrued service fees for users who have not used their e-wallet accounts for 6 months or longer. For those users whose e-wallet funds could not be refunded electronically, an alternative refund method will be required. If you did not receive a refund of your e-wallet funds to your credit card, please contact us by email at E-wallet funds that remain unclaimed after 5/29/2014 will be forfeited.
