Q: I’m not getting my publication in my e-mail ? How is my publication received?

You can access your content via the My NewsStand portion of the web site.
- Visit our web site at: http://www.newsstand.com
- Press the MY NEWSSTAND link
- Log in with your username and password
- Click on the issue date you would like to view
- If you need to install the NewsStand Reader you will be given further instructions
Q: I don't use Windows® and wish to know which publications I can receive on my Macintosh® or Unix system?
A:
Click the first link below to see a list of iBrowsesm publications. Since iBrowsesm is new, this list is updated frequently. Please NOTE: that publishers dictates format availability, not NewsStand. Classic NewsStand Readertm publications are Windows® PC based and can only be viewed on a non-Windows system when using a suitable PC Emulator. IBrowsesm editions can be viewed by all systems with Macromedia® Flash installed.
Q:
How do I renew my subscriptions?
A:
Under normal circumstances most subscriptions are set to automatically renew. Free trials could be an exception to this.
If you received an email message stating “there was a problem renewing your subscription”, please visit the following link and add a new card or edit the current one. You may re-subscribe from the same site, click on Subscription Maintenance and the DETAILS button. My NewsStand account activity
